We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with two big double beds that were very comfortable. The hotel facilities were superb with a shuttle bus to a mall that is only 2 km away. The breakfast was delicious, with flaky croissants and omelets made to order. The staff was very helpful, and they spoke English, made our stay more comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the Manaus Free Trade Zone, and transportation is available for a reasonable fee.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Breakfast - plentiful and varied Room cleaned daily Wi-fi was free throughout hotel and easy to access Friendly staff (mostly)
Location - off the beaten track but taxi always parked outside Staff - only two who spoke some English

Super nice room and facilities, spacious and comfortable, two big double beds, clean, shuttle bus to local mall, great breakfast.

The hotel offered a good breakfast with a decent variety of options. The hotel was also located near a mall that had some eateries and shops. It was convenient to be able to go to the mall and grab a bite to eat without having to go too far. the room was cleaned daily, which was appreciated.
The biggest issue we had with the hotel was the Wi-Fi. The internet was practically non-existent and it was difficult to get any work done or even check emails.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the fitness center had state, of, the, art equipment and was always clean. the pool area was nice too. It was located close to the industrial area and some restaurants which was convenient.
The room had a musty smell. the staff was not very friendly or helpful.

The hotel is located outside of the downtown area, near the industrial district, in a quiet neighborhood near a local mall. Rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a great breakfast each morning. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the pool area was nice to relax.
